CoE Calendars
CoE publishes event information to a variety of audiences using public and internal calendars. From broadest audience to narrowest, these calendars are:
UW Campus Events Calendar - Engineering Category
Visitors to the main UW Campus Events Calendar can narrow the events listed to Engineering events. From the "select a calendar" drop-down list, the user chooses Engineering under Departments/Colleges/Schools.
Those who post an Engineering event to the UW Campus Events Calendar may identify the event as an Engineering event (in addition to any other relevant categories). Posting requires authorization from UW News & Information. To post an event, visit http://myuw.washington.edu/caladmin/; if you do not have authorization, a message will appear with next steps.
Engineering events on the main UW calendar automatically appear on the CoE Events Calendar.
CoE Events Calendar
This is the calendar that appears when visitors to the CoE Web site choose Events Calendar from the News & Events menu. The technology is UW Calendar.
The CoE Events Calendar is "subscribed" to the Engineering and academic categories on the main UW Campus Events Calendar as well as any categories established for Engineering departments. Events from these categories appear automatically on the CoE Events Calendar. Authorized CoE staff may also add CoE events that do not appear on the main UW calendar.
Loew 355 Conference Room Calendar
Faculty and staff who use Microsoft Outlook may lookup the availability of the main CoE conference room (Loew 355) online. While viewing your calendar in Microsoft Outlook, choose Open a Shared Calendar... and type or select COE.College of Engineering Conference Room.

CoE Dean's Office Internal Calendar
Caroline Hansen is establishing a Microsoft Outlook calendar for Dean's Office staff. This calendar includes Advancement events not appropriate for public calendars and events of relevance only to an internal CoE audience.
